Colours, layout, content, navigation, graphics...
The colours are not easy on the eye, doing very little to project the image (a high street legal practice). The layout is random, and has no theme. The content spreads over eight pages, and selling points are missing from the first page. The navigation is wrongly placed at the bottom, where some visitors need to scroll to see it. The graphics are repetitive, and lacking relevance.
